Marketing Analytics Engineer
Senior individual contributor responsible for architecting shared dbt models, marketing attribution, data quality, and AI-driven analytics workflows. Requires 6+ years in analytics engineering or data, deep dbt and SQL expertise, modern data-stack experience, and strong marketing measurement knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Architect and own the foundational, MECE core layer of dbt models.
- Define and promote modeling standards for naming, testing, documentation, and business-logic placement.
- Own the paid-media attribution model end to end, maintaining accurate separation across business units.
- Identify data leaks and pipeline breakage, including coverage gaps before they affect reporting.
- Set and execute the team’s AI strategy for reporting, data-QA automation, agentic and LLM-driven workflows, and self-service knowledge tools.
- Coach team members on building and managing AI agents.
- Partner with the central Data team on upstream source changes and support MarTech data needs.
- Scale the model layer as new business units and geographies launch.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data, including designing data-model layers.
- Deep hands-on experience with dbt and data modeling, including foundational or shared layers.
- Experience building AI-driven QA/reporting agents, LLM workflows, or internal knowledge tools.
- Expert SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with modern data stacks such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Fivetran, or Paradime.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication and ability to establish technical standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous, scaling environment.

- Fintech, trading, or high-growth consumer technology experience.
- Experience mentoring analysts or engineers or setting technical standards.
- BI tooling experience, preferably Looker.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $135,000–$185,000 USD annually.
- Annual target bonus of 12%.
