Responsibilities
- Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and coverage matrices for new features across voice, chat, and email AI agents
- Test AI agent conversations for accuracy, tone, hallucinations, and edge cases
- Own QA gate for releases, coordinate test cycles, manage regression suites, and sign off on production readiness
- Manage distributed QA team across SF and offshore locations — assign work, review results, set standards
- Triage and report bugs: classify, prioritize, document defects for engineering
- Build QA processes, workflows, and documentation to scale testing
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in QA or quality assurance, leading test efforts for complex products
- Experience managing or leading distributed QA teams across time zones
- Excellent at test planning, identifying edge cases
- Experience testing conversational AI, voice systems, chatbots, or non-deterministic products
- Clear, organized communicator with detailed bug reports and test plans
- Comfortable building QA function from scratch, defining processes and tools
