Responsibilities
Configure and update hardware to meet deployment specifications.
Maintain 99%+ accuracy in configuration, serial-number tracking, and documentation.
Identify and quarantine DOA or unconfigurable hardware and report findings.
Ensure proper bin placement and labeling for configured equipment.
Conduct QA checks to verify firmware and software accuracy before release.
Collaborate with shipping and deployment teams to meet order timelines.
Suggest improvements that reduce configuration errors or lead times.
Follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements
Proven knowledge of Android OS, POS hardware, and configuration processes.
Hands-on experience with EloView, Paxstore, ChefTab, and FreshKDS.
Strong organization, accuracy, and documentation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic configuration issues.
Understanding of warehouse inventory systems and data-accuracy practices.
2–3 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
High school diploma or GED required.
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Work authorization in the U.S. required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
