Responsibilities
Partner with Risk & Banking Ops leadership (manager to director level) as an HR business partner, deeply understanding the business and providing consultative people solutions
Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, employee relations, leveling, and organizational development
Support diverse job families including non-exempt ops roles and strategy roles
Monitor organizational health and design interventions to address challenges or risks
Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, talent management, employee relations, internal mobility, and employee engagement teams
Drive annual performance reviews, talent planning, and compensation cycles
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in a people-facing HR role, preferably at a high-growth company
Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and influencing colleagues at various levels
Experience building scalable, thoughtful people processes
High integrity with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Willingness to speak up, tackle problems creatively and in a principled way
Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as Radford, Workday, Lattice, and Notion

Experience at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company
Serve as dedicated compensation partner for Product and Technology org, supporting executives, VPs, and directors on offers, equity reviews, leveling, cycles, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence in AI landscape. Requires 10+ years compensation experience as business partner owning cyclical programs.
