About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Risk & Banking Ops leadership (manager to director level) as an HR business partner, deeply understanding the business and providing consultative people solutions
  • Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, employee relations, leveling, and organizational development
  • Support diverse job families including non-exempt ops roles and strategy roles
  • Monitor organizational health and design interventions to address challenges or risks
  • Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, talent management, employee relations, internal mobility, and employee engagement teams
  • Drive annual performance reviews, talent planning, and compensation cycles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in a people-facing HR role, preferably at a high-growth company
  • Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and influencing colleagues at various levels
  • Experience building scalable, thoughtful people processes
  • High integrity with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Willingness to speak up, tackle problems creatively and in a principled way
  • Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as Radford, Workday, Lattice, and Notion
