What you’ll do with us
Manage day-to-day operations of Range's NYC office, maintaining a smooth, welcoming environment
Greet and host visitors, getting them set up in conference rooms with warmth and professionalism
Own office supplies inventory and ordering
Coordinate maintenance needs with vendors and property management
Assist with new hire onboarding
Help develop and implement office policies and procedures that improve efficiency
Coordinate team events, from venue research and booking to day-of logistics
Provide administrative support to NYC leadership, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and ad hoc tasks

Proven experience in an office management, operations, or administrative role; startup or tech environment strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage a varied workload independently
