About the role

What you’ll do with us

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Range's NYC office, maintaining a smooth, welcoming environment
  • Greet and host visitors, getting them set up in conference rooms with warmth and professionalism
  • Own office supplies inventory and ordering
  • Coordinate maintenance needs with vendors and property management
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Help develop and implement office policies and procedures that improve efficiency
  • Coordinate team events, from venue research and booking to day-of logistics
  • Provide administrative support to NYC leadership, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and ad hoc tasks

  • Proven experience in an office management, operations, or administrative role; startup or tech environment strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage a varied workload independently
