Responsibilities
- Draft, compare, and redline non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) using AI agents and client guidelines.
- Advise clients on NDA playbooks and market standards, ensuring AI agents reflect each client’s specific context.
- Integrate AI agents into NDA workflow management, execution, negotiation, and counterparty coordination.
- Demonstrate AI-assisted workflows to clients and explain improvements in accuracy, transparency, and speed.
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve the efficiency of the NDA review process.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales.
- Current Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) practising certificate.
- 3–6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Interest in applying technology to traditional deal workflows.
- Practical fluency with AI tools and the ability to discuss their use in legal work.
