Responsibilities
- Ship new features with engineering and product peers.
- Maintain existing systems and improve technical excellence.
- Own engineering problems end to end, from identifying problems through implementation.
- Deliver hands-on engineering work and provide project leadership.
- Use AI tooling and discover and teach effective workflows to peers.
- Communicate proactively in a remote environment.
- Mentor and empower others.

Requirements
- Deep backend and system design experience, including building systems at scale.
- Strong judgment and commitment to code quality.
- Ability to adapt opinions and approaches to the needs of the problem.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in AI tools and AI product quality.
- High ownership, ambition, adaptability, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
