What You'll Do
- Build comprehensive frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content and each other and design experiments to improve these experiences
- Shape the analytical approach for our emerging social experiences, helping define what healthy social engagement looks like on a music platform and how to measure it
- Develop deep understanding of creator and artist success which will drive our creator programs and incentives
- Surface insights that connect content, social, and creator dynamics
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and music functions
- Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of our awesome data science team
What You'll Need
- 5+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with experience in content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Experience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations
- Strategic thinking about content ecosystems and platform health
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learning
