Responsibilities
- Operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations (50% engineering, 50% customer interaction).
- Design the product backbone, work hands-on with users, translate pain points into product improvements, and prototype features (potentially writing production code).
- Transform operations into scalable product features, data models, and playbooks.
- Lead full-stack rollouts: scoping, onboarding, integration, training; align IT teams, engineers, and C-level execs (10–30% travel).
- Shape product DNA, work directly with CEO & CTO, grow into roles like CPO or COO.
