Junior Seeding Campaign Manager
Supports product seeding and creator gifting campaigns by researching creators, coordinating outreach and shipments, tracking deliverables, and preparing reports. Requires approximately 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, strong organization, English fluency, and immediate availability for a six-month freelance engagement.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify creators aligned with client objectives, audiences, and brand values.
- Build creator shortlists using internal tools and external platforms.
- Review creator content, engagement, and audience quality.
- Maintain accurate creator records, campaign databases, trackers, budgets, and status documents.
- Coordinate creator outreach through email, social platforms, and creator tools.
- Support negotiations involving gifting, usage rights, and campaign participation.
- Manage creator communications throughout the campaign lifecycle and build positive relationships.
- Coordinate product gifting and shipments with internal teams and fulfillment partners.
- Verify shipping information, track deliveries, monitor dispatches, and resolve delivery issues.
- Support campaign execution, track creator deliverables, and ensure content is submitted on time.
- Monitor timelines, flag risks or delays, and keep campaign documentation current.
- Track participation and content delivery, compile reports using performance and engagement data, and support post-campaign reporting and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Available to start immediately.
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, PR, social media, or digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish or German is highly desirable.
- Genuine passion for social media, creators, and digital culture.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
Compensation and engagement
- Freelance, fixed-term six-month contract with potential to extend based on campaign demand.
- Invoice monthly at an agreed day rate and manage personal tax arrangements.
- Immediate start.
- Availability during core campaign hours, approximately 9am–6pm CEST.
