About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key analytics partner to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Elevate analytical excellence on advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and metric frameworks
  • Collaborate with Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
  • Solve large, open-ended critical business questions without known prior solutions
  • Proactively identify under-invested areas and drive cross-functional alignment on investment
  • Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to increase efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace and/or travel industries
  • Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and familiarity with LLMs
  • Deep domain expertise in one area or broad expertise in multiple domain areas
  • Robust business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts accessibly
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
  • Agile, growth-minded approach with history of driving projects from ideation to impact
  • Quantitative undergraduate degree required; advanced degree highly preferred
