Responsibilities
Serve as a key analytics partner to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
Elevate analytical excellence on advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and metric frameworks
Collaborate with Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
Solve large, open-ended critical business questions without known prior solutions
Proactively identify under-invested areas and drive cross-functional alignment on investment
Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact
Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to increase efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace and/or travel industries
Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and familiarity with LLMs
Deep domain expertise in one area or broad expertise in multiple domain areas
Robust business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Outstanding communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts accessibly
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
Agile, growth-minded approach with history of driving projects from ideation to impact
Manage a team of data scientists building fraud detection models and financial risk products, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and end-to-end ownership from development to production. Requires 10+ years experience, strong ML skills, production coding, and startup background.
