Responsibilities
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define business metrics, dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled reporting systems.
- Conduct rigorous analyses to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, forecast outcomes, and drive product and business impact.
- Translate complex findings into compelling narratives that influence strategic direction.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on dimensional data models, data completeness, accuracy, and reliable delivery.
- Champion data governance, data quality, and code quality practices.
- Align roadmaps with business priorities and improve problem framing.
- Provide technical mentorship and drive clarity across the Data team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as STEM.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decisions through advanced analytics.
- Advanced experience collaborating with Data and Analytics Engineers to build robust data models and data quality guardrails.
- Deep experience with SQL and dbt for querying, transforming, and validating complex datasets.
- Experience designing, presenting, and influencing stakeholders with data products and visualizations.
- Strong communication, storytelling, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently deliver on commitments.

- Master's or Ph.D. degree.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,700–$170,400 USD, varying by work location, level, knowledge, skills, and experience.
