About the role

What you'll actually do

  • Own outbound from end to end — identifying high-potential targets across fintech, crypto, and financial infrastructure
  • Craft personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn
  • Run initial discovery calls before handing off to the AE team
  • Work closely with the founders and AEs to sharpen messaging, test new approaches, and help build the outbound playbook as we scale the US market

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in a B2B tech sales environment with real outbound experience
  • Comfortable holding technical conversations with VP Engineering and CTOs
  • Proactive in an early-stage environment — comfortable building processes rather than just executing them
  • High volume, high quality approach to outreach
