Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality mobile applications within a Digital Therapeutics (DTx) environment, maintaining tight feedback loops and high development velocity.
• Own end-to-end architecture and technical direction for React Native and Node.js-based systems, from planning and estimation through production and iterative improvement.
• Design, implement, and expand multi-agent AI engineering workflows to accelerate the software lifecycle.
• Mentor and collaborate with engineers to elevate technical proficiency and foster engineering excellence.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and translate ambiguous product requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Triage and resolve complex production issues spanning mobile applications, backend services, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices and build/release infrastructure for reliable delivery of mobile and backend services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, shipping production-grade applications at scale.
• Deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript, with robust backend development experience using Node.js.
• Experience designing and managing cloud-native systems on AWS, including Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tools such as Datadog.
• Hands-on experience architecting multi-agent AI workflows and orchestrating agentic pipelines with appropriate autonomous and human-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Strong architectural judgment and experience making high-impact technical decisions and defining long-term technical strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to elevate engineering teams through mentorship, pairing, and technical excellence.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical context into actionable insights for cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and resolve complex problems from inception through production.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $172,200–$224,300.
