Backend Engineer building scalable AI-agent infrastructure on AWS Serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, Aurora). Design high-performance systems, create monitoring/alerting, mentor team, and use codegen models to accelerate development while collaborating with AI/product teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure.
- Design architectures that allow both engineers and language models to quickly create, test, and deploy application code.
- Create reliable monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Mentor teammates and lead technical decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation.
- Use codegen models to move 10x faster than you did two years ago.
