Product Designer
The Product Designer will define, prototype, and ship AI-powered work-tool experiences across Mac, iOS, and web. The role suits a senior/staff-level builder who combines systems thinking, user research, rapid experimentation, and meticulous interaction design.

Responsibilities
- Define early features and collaborate closely with engineers to ship and market them.
- Improve the product’s fit and finish, including interaction design, typography, motion, and overall user experience.
- Spend time with users investigating use cases, testing features, and identifying what to build next.
- Prototype, test, and iterate using Figma, code, and AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Evolve the brand and design language and apply it consistently across the product.
- Design experiences across Mac, iOS, and web platforms.
Requirements
- Several years of experience shipping beautifully designed products to real users; this is a senior/staff-level role.
- Systems-thinking experience with open-ended tools and flexible product architectures.
- Ability to work quickly during early exploration and focus on interaction, typography, and motion details as ideas mature.
- Strong prototyping skills and a hands-on builder mindset.
- Interest in solving problems with code and staying current with AI tools.
- Focus on shipped outcomes rather than only polished design files.
- Understanding of established design patterns across Mac, iOS, and web.
- Comfort working in a startup environment, especially during a zero-to-one phase.
- Willingness to work in person in London five days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: £110,000–£150,000.
- Above-market equity.
