Design shared, scalable experiences across Hudl’s connected products, including complex workflows involving video, data, and AI. The role requires strong product design craft, systems thinking, evidence-based decision-making, collaboration, and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work.

Responsibilities
- Shape shared experiences and systems connecting Hudl products across sports, teams, and organizations.
- Design cross-product workflows, information architecture, video and data experiences, and scalable design foundations.
- Turn complex workflows, information, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Partner with product, engineering, designers, and customers to explore and deliver solutions.
- Use research, product data, and customer evidence to inform decisions and iterate.
- Independently run scoped design projects from exploration and prototyping through implementation and measurement.
Requirements
- Strong product design craft, including interaction and visual design across exploration, prototyping, and delivery.
- Systems-thinking ability and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Collaborative communication with product, engineering, and design partners.
- Customer- and evidence-focused approach using research and product data.
- Fluency with AI tools and emerging AI interaction patterns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating reasoning, collaboration, and iteration.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing complex or connected products spanning multiple workflows or surfaces.
- Experience with data-rich or technical products involving analytics, video, or complex workflows.
- Experience with design systems or information architecture.
- Experience designing conversational, agentic, or other AI-powered products.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: £51,000–£86,000 GBP.
