Intern Global Customer Advocacy
Supports Celonis’ global customer advocacy team with awards campaigns, customer storytelling, speaker coordination, event pre-production, and promotional activities. The role suits an organized, detail-oriented intern with strong written communication skills and interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Support the Game Changer Awards campaign by drafting and sending customer- and account-team communications.
- Organize global and regional award submissions for judging panels.
- Draft and coordinate finalist notification and celebration communications.
- Track and organize customer speaker confirmations.
- Support customer speakers’ onsite experience, including design coordination and thank-you gifts.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for event pre-production.
- Help prepare and coordinate promotional materials for event registration.
- Gather and organize customer references for keynote, product, and industry sessions.
- Explore and apply AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, document tracking, and daily workflows.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid written communication skills and interest in drafting professional, customer-facing communications.
- Professional demeanor and understanding of strong customer experiences.
- Proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in applying AI tools to everyday tasks.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
- Available to start in October 2026.
