What You'll Own

  • Own the health, effectiveness, and delivery outcomes of the Landlord Solutions group (3 engineering teams)
  • Lead Engineering Managers and strengthen team execution
  • Guide technical direction and partner with Product during discovery and roadmap planning
  • Ensure teams focus on highest-value work

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop Engineering Managers across multiple teams
  • Drive predictable delivery of high-impact business outcomes with strong quality and ownership
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmaps, evaluate tradeoffs, and align engineering investments with business priorities
  • Provide technical leadership on architecture, platform strategy, and cross-team decisions
  • Improve execution through better planning, risk management, dependency coordination, and accountability
  • Ensure teams focus on the highest-value work while balancing speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability
  • Support organizational growth through hiring, performance management, and leadership development

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading Engineering Managers or multiple teams
  • Strong technical judgment and credibility, with the ability to guide architecture and technical strategy
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams that deliver business-critical systems reliably
  • Experience partnering closely with Product to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong execution skills, including risk management, prioritization, and driving accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and develop engineering leaders
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with ambiguity and competing priorities
