- Work directly with founders to define product direction, build core systems, and ship end-to-end experiences.
- Take full ownership of problems from idea to production.
- Build production web applications, backend systems, APIs, and data-intensive applications.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience building production web applications.
- Proficiency in modern web stacks (e.g. TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar).
- Experience with backend systems and APIs (e.g. Node, Python, Flask, or similar).
- Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack.
- Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability.
- Experience building and shipping production systems.
- High agency, strong ownership, deep curiosity, thrive in ambiguity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for San Francisco Bay Area: $150,000-250,000 (adjusted for location outside Bay Area).
