Platform Engineer
Own the architecture and reliability of public APIs and third-party integrations connecting a revenue platform to customers’ CRM, dialer, and communications systems. The role requires deep API and authentication expertise, production ownership, and comfort resolving complex integration incidents directly.

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, design, versioning, and long-term maintainability of public APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations with CRM, dialer, communications, and other SaaS platforms.
- Design robust OAuth flows and data synchronization across systems.
- Handle rate limits, webhook failures, undocumented identity-provider behavior, and other production incidents.
- Diagnose and fix integration issues, communicate directly with customers, and ship patches quickly.
- Partner with the founding team to prioritize product development and integration partnerships.
Requirements
- Deep experience with API design patterns, versioning, and maintainable systems.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment with limited guardrails.
Nice to Have
- Startup experience or experience founding a company.
- Production experience with AWS.
- Experience building CI/CD systems.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200,000–$220,000, based on experience.
- Equity: 0.15%–0.3% Series A equity.
