Responsibilities
- Build systems that streamline parsing, standardization, and movement of complex financial data.
- Deliver client-facing, high-impact features, including responsible AI/LLM-powered workflow automation while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Own end-to-end development of features across the stack, from design through launch.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap, clarify scope, validate client expectations, and ensure impactful delivery.
- Build and refine internal tooling that improves team productivity and engineering velocity.
- Participate in a rotating on-call shift; investigate, triage, and resolve production issues.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Expertise with Python/Flask, TypeScript/React, Tailwind CSS, data warehouses, and data/AI tools, or similar technologies.
- Experience with production on-call operations.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments.
- Curiosity and practical experience with AI and LLM technologies, with an emphasis on responsible production use.

- Experience with auditability and version control or change tracking for critical datasets.
