What You'll Do
- Execute partnership activation deliverables across Kalshi’s local, national, and international portfolio, including leagues, media/news/tech platforms, broadcasters/streamers, clubs, athletes, and creators, ensuring all rights and assets are strategically leveraged.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Creative, Product Operations, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and external agencies to position, implement, and optimize activation strategies.
- Evaluate performance of partnership campaigns in collaboration with internal analytics teams, translating insights into data-driven optimizations that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Manage partner relationships, reporting workflows, and deal timelines while developing executive-ready materials for leadership and Board presentations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends across sports, media, gaming, and technology, identifying strategic opportunities and supporting broader business development initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–6+ years of experience in partnership activation, sponsorship marketing, media partnerships, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience driving measurable growth through partnership and sponsorship programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and campaign optimization.
- Highly detail- and process-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working independently and cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including weekends and evenings during peak seasons and major industry events.

Compensation
Salary Range: $160,000 to $220,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
