Designs and builds internal tools, AI agents, and automations for GTM, Operations, and Finance teams using full-stack skills. Partners cross-functionally to optimize sales lifecycle and drive business impact with Python, SQL, and AI expertise.

Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support revenue teams.
- Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.
- Partner with strategy and operations teams to understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code.
- Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize operations, and drive their development and implementation.
- Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.
- Be a force multiplier: rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills: comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Minimum: Python, SQL.
- Builder mindset: move fast, work independently, spot patterns, identify automation opportunities, translate into scalable solutions.
- Deep product intuition: think in terms of systems and workflows, care about business impact.
- Passionate about AI: eager to explore how AI transforms B2B sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Experience with data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns.
