Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales Team to build trusted CPG Client and Agency relationships
Create full funnel media mix strategies aligned to partner objectives
Lead CPG cadence calls utilizing data visualization to present campaign performance stories
Build persuasive narratives to influence advertisers to implement optimization and upsell strategies
Handle objections and influence advertisers and multiple stakeholders
Act as the voice of the customer and proactively advocate product enhancements to internal stakeholders
Serve as a product expert with deep understanding of ad products
Participate in cross-functional projects and provide thought leadership
Influence standards, best practices, and share learnings at the category team level
Champion and present Quarterly Business Reviews with campaign insights to CPGs
Contribute to gap-to-goal planning and manage quota over multiple business units
Troubleshoot issues with limited guidance from Manager
Lead projects and participate in team-wide programs
Requirements
Undergraduate college degree required (BA/BS in business, advertising, commerce, digital marketing or related field preferred)
4-6+ years of similar work experience
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Salesforce, and Tableau (Mode is a plus)
Knowledge of paid search, display, account management, ad serving, CPG, or e-commerce
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a high-paced environment
External-facing role requiring confident communication with advertisers and key stakeholders
High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and creative problem solver
Comfortable analyzing data with ability to interpret and tell a story in a client-facing role
