Screening Analyst II
Conduct end-to-end customer and entity screening, analyze KYC and transaction information, document findings, and escalate financial crime risks. The role requires at least two years of compliance, KYC/CDD, financial crime prevention, or investigations experience and flexibility for shift work.

Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end screening of customers, individuals, and entities using screening tools and databases; disposition alerts accurately and on time.
- Analyze transaction activity and KYC information, perform due diligence research, and recommend escalation of potential risks to the Financial Crime Risk Service team.
- Document screening decisions in accordance with regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Incorporate Quality Assurance feedback and participate in calibration sessions to improve screening accuracy and consistency.
- Identify procedural gaps and recommend improvements that reduce risk exposure and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in compliance screening, financial crime prevention, KYC/CDD, or investigations within financial services, crypto, or fintech.
- Experience analyzing customer information against sanctions lists, PEP databases, and adverse media sources.
- Ability to document findings to regulatory audit standards and clearly summarize screening results in writing.
- Familiarity with onboarding and KYC processes, sanctions screening tools such as Hummingbird or World-Check, and customer due diligence regulations.
- Ability to escalate risks with supporting evidence and communicate outcomes to compliance stakeholders.
- Availability to support a 24/7 screening operation, including shift work.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: ₹998,070–₹1,050,600 INR, excluding bonus.
- Total compensation may include bonus eligibility and benefits.
