Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts.
- Help establish the legal function in EMEA under the leadership of the Head of EMEA Legal, building a strong substantive, organizational, and relationship foundation.
- Support other legal issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to enable fast and efficient execution of customer agreements.
- Broaden legal support across the company as needed in a small, growing environment.
Requirements
- English-qualified lawyer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience, either in the commercial or technology division of a leading private-practice law firm or in-house at a technology company.
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology Go-To-Market or Business Development teams.
- Transactional background, including technology and/or intellectual-property licensing commercial agreements.
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and act proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-focused and collaborative working style, with willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges.
- Highly responsive, service-oriented approach and enthusiasm for solving complex problems with a small team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with artificial intelligence.
