The impact you will have:
FP&A Project and Program Management:
- Facilitate the annual FP&A goal and OKR setting process and track/drive execution
- Streamline and own planning, intake, and prioritization processes across FP&A on key priorities related to Data and AI, systems enhancements and process improvements
- Manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs with stakeholders from IT, Engineering, Sales, and other Finance teams
FP&A Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with FP&A teams to document and evaluate existing processes
- Drive end-to-end FP&A process optimization and standardization, leading re-architecting as necessary
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, automated solutions leveraging Databricks product, AI, and machine learning tools
FP&A Organizational Management and Communications:
- Support design and buildout of FP&A organization to support growth
- Facilitate recurring FP&A leadership and all-hands meetings, creating agendas and content
- Lead executive communications and reporting for transparency on project progress, risks, and outcomes
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience working in or with FP&A teams
- 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs with demonstrated success in process optimization and automation
- Expertise in program management, executive communications, reporting, and metrics
- Experience implementing or managing AI and automation tools within Finance organizations
- Expertise in planning, OKRs, and QBRs
- Experience in process improvement and optimization
- Proficiency with JIRA, project management tools, and reporting systems
- SaaS industry experience (plus)
- SQL or Python experience (plus)
- Expert-level presentation skills using Google Slides
