Responsibilities
- Develop workflows that help customers connect their data and configure ingestion with minimal human intervention.
- Access, ingest, normalize, and validate customer data from ad-network APIs, customer warehouses, and partner tools.
- Build, maintain, and extend long-running workflows, APIs, distributed backend services, data pipelines, customer-facing UIs, and ingestion scripts.
- Contribute to the team’s AI (MCP) services.
- Partner with Customer Success to build custom data models for customers.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building backend services and APIs.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL/dbt.
- Strong fluency with a modern orchestrator such as Dagster, Airflow, or Temporal.
- Experience with cloud data lakehouses or warehouses such as BigQuery or Databricks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, including Google Cloud or AWS.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with React or other frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Fivetran or Airbyte.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Experience integrating with commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller/Vendor.
