Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Operations
- Own annual and quarterly go-to-market planning for Korea, including targets, territories, and sales capacity.
- Segment the market across large enterprise groups, mid-sized enterprises, and technology companies.
- Identify market opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and inform expansion priorities.
- Support partner and reseller execution through co-selling, pipeline management, and joint planning.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecast data to identify risks and opportunities.
Rhythm of the Business & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Run weekly forecast and pipeline reviews and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Prepare executive-level performance reviews, planning materials, and leadership updates.
- Influence decisions across teams without direct authority through structured analysis and recommendations.
Operations & Global Programs
- Manage Korea-side commercial processes, including account and territory changes, planning inputs, and data quality.
- Implement global sales processes, tools, and programs in Korea and drive adoption.
- Represent Korea's operational needs to headquarters.
- Maintain smooth operations across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise B2B software sales cycles.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software, including sales strategy, revenue operations, or commercial go-to-market roles.
- Experience with annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and business reviews for enterprise sales teams.
- Strong structured thinking, analytical ability, and recommendation-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, reports, dashboards, and sales data analysis.
- Ability to influence senior sales leadership and C-level stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience partnering with regional leadership on go-to-market strategy.
- Fluent Korean for executive settings and business-level English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
