Responsibilities
Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate a strong pipeline of elite technical talent.
Partner closely with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent with precision.
Contribute to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent.
Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements
5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions across varying levels of seniority (individual contributors and leadership roles).
Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, world-class talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with individuals at all levels.
Track record of providing an authentic, meaningful, and high-touch experience to candidates and hiring managers.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, relentless work ethic with a track record of exceeding performance goals and recruiting KPIs.
