Responsibilities
Procurement Execution
Manage end-to-end procurement of goods and services supporting the enterprise.
Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate requirements, budgets, and approvals.
Ensure purchases align with approved IT standards, architecture, and vendor strategies.
Vendor and Contract Management
Support sourcing events, RFIs, RFPs, and vendor evaluations.
Assist in contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
Maintain vendor records, contract repositories, and renewal calendars.
Track vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
Financial and Cost Management
Obtain competitive quotes and perform price comparisons.
Support cost-saving initiatives through consolidation, renegotiation, and vendor optimization.
Ensure alignment with approved cost centers and financial controls.
Governance, Compliance, and Risk
Ensure procurement activities comply with enterprise policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
Coordinate with Legal, Information Security, and Compliance teams during vendor onboarding.
Support due diligence activities, including security assessments, data privacy reviews, and financial risk checks.
Maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
Process and Operations Support
Support lifecycle activities, including renewals, terminations, and asset tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably across multiple categories.
Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or Workday.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in large enterprise or regulated industries such as life sciences, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Knowledge of sourcing and due diligence governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or ITIL Foundation.
