Responsibilities
- Build the Global Technology Partnerships function, including team development, operating model, goals, and overall strategy.
- Own joint go-to-market relationships and business plans with a portfolio of named global technology partners.
- Define joint value propositions with account teams, including priority products, use cases, and industries.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with partner leadership teams.
- Develop competitive positioning and enablement programs for partner sales and technical teams.
- Create sales tools, training curricula, and certification programs to help partner teams position Claude.
- Partner with marketing on co-marketing, events, and joint customer stories.
- Partner with technical teams to build production-grade Claude-powered solutions, including reference architectures and industry-specific accelerators.
- Establish success criteria for joint accounts, support implementation, and create continuous-improvement feedback loops.
- Own partnerships' P&L contribution and establish performance metrics and governance.
Requirements
- Experience managing strategic partnerships with technology, cloud, or data platform companies.
- Experience owning revenue-generating partnership or channel relationships, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex, multi-stakeholder partnership agreements.
- Experience engaging directly with executive-level stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering or technical teams on product integrations.
- 8+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships with leading data or cloud platforms.
- Existing relationships with VP-level and above leaders within technology partner organizations.
- Experience owning partnerships that generated $50 million or more in influenced or direct revenue.
- Familiarity with the AI and data platform landscape and ability to articulate Claude's technical differentiation.
- Experience building partnership programs, metrics, and operating cadences from the ground up.
- Technical understanding of enterprise architectures, software, and data services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $365,000–$425,000 USD. For sales roles, this is the On Target Earnings range, including target commissions or sales bonuses and annual base salary.
- Hybrid policy: Staff are expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
