About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Serve as primary technical advisor throughout Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams
  • Support customers with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
  • Create and deliver compelling technical content for diverse audiences
  • Guide technical architecture decisions and integrations
  • Help develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance
  • Identify integration patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering
  • Travel frequently to customer sites
  • Maintain knowledge of LLM developments

You may be a good fit if you have

  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • Prior experience with US national security agencies
  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
  • Experience with complex buying cycles
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong technical communication to translate requirements
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures
  • Familiar with Python
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools or ML/data science background

Logistics

Education requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy: Expect to be in offices at least 25% of the time.
