About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Serve as primary technical advisor throughout Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams
  • Support customers with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
  • Create and deliver technical content for diverse audiences, from deep dives to executive business value discussions
  • Guide technical architecture decisions and Claude integration into existing stacks
  • Help develop evaluation frameworks for Claude performance
  • Identify integration patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering teams
  • Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and relationship building
  • Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments

You may be a good fit if you have

  • US Secret Clearance preferred
  • Prior work in government, contracting, or GovTech preferred
  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
  • Experience with complex buying cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong technical communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools, or ML/data science background
