Responsibilities
- Run the engagement end to end, owning client relationship, execution plan, and outcomes.
- Turn ambiguity into action by decomposing client needs into sequenced initiatives with owners, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics, then execute.
- Build AI solutions independently: design and build agent workflows, automations, and AI-powered tools; prototype, test, and ship.
- Manage organizational change, navigate resistance, address fears, and build trust with operators and executives.
- Capture and document learnings from engagements to inform product strategy.
- Shape the new function: define operating model, engagement playbook, hiring criteria.
What We're Looking For
- Led complex, ambiguous initiatives end to end.
- Build with AI: fluent in LLM orchestration, agent workflows, automations; evaluate and implement solutions (agent, workflow, fine-tuned model, prompt chain).
- Structured thinker who operates in chaos, decomposes problems into plans.
- Credible with executives and operators, manages senior stakeholders.
- Thrives in ambiguity, wants to build something new.
Backgrounds that fit: Forward-deployed engineers/strategists (Palantir, Anduril, Scale AI), MBB digital/AI consultants who build, technical founders/early operators at B2B startups, PMs at AI-native companies, independent AI builders, technical program managers/Chiefs of Staff who build.
Compensation
Competitive salary of $127,000-$240,000 plus equity and 401k.
