Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)
Engineering Interns will build and ship web and mobile product features, develop AI-powered automation, and troubleshoot production code alongside senior engineers. Candidates should be pursuing a computer science degree, have project experience with a programming language, and be available to work onsite in New York City.

Responsibilities
- Build and test features for web and mobile products alongside senior engineers.
- Design small AI-powered automation systems that remove repetitive work.
- Write clean, efficient code and own debugging and troubleshooting.
- Partner with data analysts to interpret usage data and inform AI applications across the product.
- Iterate quickly on projects using AI-assisted development and feedback from senior engineers.
- Expand technical skills by learning new languages, frameworks, and AI-native development practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field, graduating between 2027 and 2028.
- Coursework or project experience in software engineering.
- Experience using AI to learn, debug, or build software, with a project demonstrating this experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, or Kotlin, with project experience beyond coursework.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Available to work in person from the Union Square, NYC office.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with React, Postgres, SQL, or gRPC.
- Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and tools.
Compensation
- Starting base salary: $25–$50 per hour, dependent on skills, experience, location, and education.
