Responsibilities
Represent the needs of current and future users, residents, and patients for AI models delivered through a broader AI platform.
Define and drive product strategy and a multi-year roadmap to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet share.
Contribute to the AI Platform roadmap, enabling products and users to help providers deliver exceptional care.
Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and other product managers using modern Agile processes and Design Thinking.
Partner with product teams and other functions to support successful adoption and product launches and releases.
Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management.
Master's or higher degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
Track record of managing large product lines and driving innovation and strong user experiences.
Ability to multitask, work through ambiguity, and operate effectively in complex, dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, execute product priorities, and drive business results.
Strong strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional oral, written, and listening communication skills.
Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
US base salary range: $170,200–$189,200, plus bonus and benefits.
