Core Responsibilities
- Solve mission-critical problems by deploying software and AI into high-stakes operations of leading institutions.
- Work in small, high-trust teams and own projects end-to-end, from initial customer conversations to shipping production solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers on architecture and design decisions.
- Wrestle with data at massive scale, requiring invention and breaking assumptions.
- Build custom applications, LLM workflows, and production solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
- Own relationships with stakeholders ranging from end users to executives.
- Embed directly with customers, including 25-50% travel depending on team and location.
- Operate with autonomy, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive real outcomes without being shielded from chaos or consequences.

Requirements
