Forward Deployed Software Engineer, New Grad

Core Responsibilities

• Solve mission-critical problems by deploying software and AI into high-stakes operations of leading institutions.
• Work in small, high-trust teams and own projects end-to-end, from initial customer conversations to shipping production solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture and design decisions.
• Wrestle with data at massive scale, requiring invention and breaking assumptions.
• Build custom applications, LLM workflows, and production solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Own relationships with stakeholders ranging from end users to executives.
• Embed directly with customers, including 25-50% travel depending on team and location.
• Operate with autonomy, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive real outcomes without being shielded from chaos or consequences.

Requirements

• Engineering degree preferred (Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science).
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Must be graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
