About the role

What you’ll do:

  • Establish Pinterest as a leading business driving platform for a US agency network
  • Drive incremental and new business revenue within your book of business
  • Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader for your Agencies
  • Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
  • Continually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partners
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with Agency leadership and important constituencies
  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of Agency investment, planning, social and research
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships
  • Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform
  • Use AI to quickly analyze data, track business trends, and streamline QBRs, presentations, and strategic recommendations

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital advertising, including experience at agencies and in agency sales, specifically working with media and related agencies on brand and performance advertising products
  • Demonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies into the holdco and opco level of a media agency network, showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
  • An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
  • Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency, generate insights, and improve the quality of business materials and client communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $172,425—$301,744 USD
  • Position is also eligible for equity
