About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own designated procure-to-pay sub-processes end to end, including intake-to-PO, invoice exception handling, supplier onboarding, and expense workflows.
  • Map processes, establish baseline metrics, redesign workflows, and act as the accountable process owner.
  • Translate stakeholder pain points into structured requirements and solution designs.
  • Work within the Finance Data Strategy governance framework for data definitions, source-of-truth alignment, access controls, data quality, and audit/SOX requirements.
  • Design, deploy, and scale workflow automations across ZIP, SAP, NetSuite, expense platforms, and BrickBuy.
  • Apply AI/LLM-assisted triage, auto-routing, data enrichment, exception auto-resolution, and notification or nudge logic.
  • Release minimum viable automations rapidly, instrument them, and iterate using usage data and feedback.
  • Maintain sandbox-to-production discipline consistent with governance and control requirements.
  • Build and maintain P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics covering cycle time, Fast Pass performance, first-pass yield, policy compliance, automation coverage, and adoption.
  • Report metrics in established operating rhythms, including quarterly business reviews, with numbers tied to source data.
  • Drive adoption through role-based training, enablement, launch communications, FAQs, go-live announcements, feedback loops, and change-champion networks.
  • Run Procurement's intake and automation backlog; triage requests, prioritize by value, effort, and risk, publish a roadmap, and make trade-off decisions.
  • Partner with Procurement operations, Finance Data, the CIO organization, and managed-services partners.
  • Represent Procurement in Finance Data Strategy governance forums and coordinate with related transformation workstreams.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, or operations within procure-to-pay, procurement, or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience building, shipping, and scaling automations or data products.
  • Hands-on SQL and Python or equivalent programming experience.
  • Experience with workflow and integration tooling, including iPaaS, RPA, or native platform automation.
  • Experience with dashboarding and business intelligence.
  • Working knowledge of P2P systems and data, including SAP or NetSuite, ZIP or similar procurement platforms, and expense-management tools.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks, certified data sources, data quality standards, access controls, and audit/SOX considerations.
  • Experience driving adoption through training, communications, champion networks, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong prioritization, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building on the Databricks platform.
  • Experience applying LLM or AI tooling to business workflows.
  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity organization.
  • Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent change-management certification.
  • Lean or Six Sigma process-improvement certification.

Compensation

  • Zone 1 pay range: $186,000–$255,750 USD.
