Responsibilities
- Lead operational responsibility for the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), transitioning legacy systems and procedures to advanced, AI-integrated security frameworks.
- Architect and deploy AI and automation solutions for threat intelligence, incident triage, and operational efficiency.
- Brief executive leadership with strategic incident summaries during critical security events.
- Oversee multi-regional security operations and global third-party vendor teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring adherence to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements.
- Advise on access control systems, video analytics, and other physical security infrastructure.
- Translate global security and safety policies into standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conduct operational training exercises.
- Partner with Business Technology, Real Estate, Travel, Legal, and external vendors during emergencies.
- Lead complex security investigations and oversee onboarding, termination access audits, and automated reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in physical security operations, global systems integration, and GSOC leadership.
- Experience leading diverse security teams across multiple global regions and third-party vendors.
- Experience independently leading enterprise-wide operational programs.
- Strong vendor strategy, contract optimization, and service-provider management experience.
- Project management experience implementing and scaling physical security operations programs.
- Experience identifying, developing, and deploying AI use cases and workflow automation for GSOC efficiency.
- Experience evaluating and using AI-driven physical security tools and advanced video analytics.
- Excellent executive communication and incident-briefing skills.
- Experience establishing KPIs and managing global vendor SLA compliance.
- Experience aligning GSOC workflows and physical security audits with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Experience assessing geopolitical events, high-risk travel profiles, and ongoing threats.
- Experience drafting SOPs and coordinating operational training exercises.
- Experience with incident alerting and mass notification platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and rapid decision-making skills.
