About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate day to day to understand existing workflows and build scalable processes.
  • Build mission-critical business processes, including recruiting, product analytics, and deal desk operations.
  • Own 0-to-1 execution, shipping initial solutions quickly and iterating as the company grows.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, instrument dashboards, and report insights to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams.
  • Support projects such as procurement and deal desk, capacity planning and budgeting, sales strategy and enablement, and growth marketing.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in business operations, finance, consulting, or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills, including experience interpreting and working with financial data.
  • SQL skills and familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot are a plus.
  • Comfort building tools with large language models is required.
  • Ability to distill operational complexity into clear insights and actionable takeaways.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to drive execution in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with consulting and/or building 0-to-1 at an early-stage startup is ideal.
