About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing, exceeding sales goals.
  • Build pipeline through warm leads, cold outbound, and marketing partnerships.
  • Sell to customer outcomes, communicating value to C-level, engineers, architects, IT, and finance.
  • Partner with engineers for demos, discovery, and technical guidance; collaborate with operations and marketing on collateral.
  • Maintain forecast, track activity against quotas.
  • Build scalable sales engine, define strategy, contribute to sales culture.

Requirements

  • 4+ years quota-carrying full-cycle SaaS sales experience in data management, AI/ML, or observability/analysis.
  • Solution selling for enterprise accounts, coordinating cross-team efforts.
  • Technical fluency on organizational workflows.
  • Results-driven, aggressive, fast-paced.
  • Dynamic leader and team player.
  • Willing to travel.
