Responsibilities
Drive sales deals by partnering with sales teams to evaluate the Orb product, answer technical questions, and highlight security and compliance.
Pave the path for implementations by helping customers integrate Orb into existing workflows for automation and intelligence, shaping the product roadmap to reduce time to value.
Serve as a technical advisor, providing expertise on Orb’s products and related business systems to craft customer solutions.
Strengthen Orb’s product by identifying gaps, monitoring customer experiences, and providing feedback to product teams.
Act as a thought leader by sharing best practices through webinars, blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
Clear written and verbal communication, especially around technical concepts.
Previous experience partnering with sales, product management, and customer success to build processes and repeatable motions.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technical solutions addressing complex business challenges through a value-selling lens.
Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language and vice versa, tailored to the audience.
Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Continuous learner who stays curious about new technologies and methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Not afraid to take calculated risks and innovate while balancing pragmatism.
