Responsibilities

  • Grow the Global Public Sector business unit and partner with technical stakeholders to identify and win major public-sector opportunities and selected accounts across Qatar.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for customer acquisition in a dynamic, often unstructured environment.
  • Work with Scale Leadership, the Head of EMEA, Engagement Management, Account Executives, and the EMEA Strategy team on Qatar-wide GTM strategy.
  • Identify impactful AI solutions with potential clients and shape and scope their high-level AI vision.
  • Demonstrate the value and impact of AI applications.
  • Navigate complex organizations, develop relationships, answer client questions, qualify opportunities, and close signed deals.
  • Build trust and credibility with clients as a reliable AI advisor.
  • Manage customer communications and relationships.
  • Conduct AI analysis and thought leadership.
  • Build financial models and apply commercial literacy.
  • Develop pitch decks and proposals.
  • Design and facilitate AI workshops.
  • Create demos of potential AI solutions using tools such as Replit or Lovable.
  • Measure and communicate the impact and value of AI applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Leadership, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of public-sector sales or consulting experience.
  • Experience selling AI products or services.
  • Track record of personally shaping and closing $500K to $5M+ deals for complex public-sector accounts.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies to scale growth.
  • Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to identify challenges and formulate solutions.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts in simple, precise language.
  • Experience navigating and partnering with governments and senior stakeholders across Qatar.
  • Ability to earn trust and develop consultative relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, external partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience creating, developing, and communicating executive-level materials.
  • Written and spoken fluency in Arabic.
  • Passion, creativity, and willingness to think outside the box.
