Responsibilities
- Improve the analytics platform, including expanding the use of AI in analytics and engineering agents.
- Assist with refining and creating data models for analytics initiatives.
- Conduct data exploration and preliminary analysis to identify use cases and understand source systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and data products.
- Document data operations processes and data models.
- Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Foundational understanding of business intelligence and data analysis principles.
- Experience or coursework in database concepts and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and business domains.
