Responsibilities
- Build landing pages, campaign pages, and partner/influencer pages using clean, responsive, accessible components.
- Design, build, and launch A/B tests; instrument funnels, analyze results, and share learnings.
- Build scalable, templatized systems for efficient and consistent page launches.
- Own and extend analytics, tracking, and advertising integrations while maintaining accurate, privacy-compliant event data.
- Optimize conversion across promotions, email capture, calls to action, messaging, and page performance.
- Maintain SEO and accessibility, including metadata, sitemaps, structured data, and page speed.
- Create localized pages and experiments for supported regions and languages.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and the modern front-end stack.
- 5+ years of front-end web development experience, ideally in growth, marketing, or ecommerce contexts.
- Understanding of experiment design, including hypotheses, sample size, and statistical significance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to QA work independently.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics such as funnels, cohorts, and event tracking.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and web accessibility.
- Awareness of data privacy and consent requirements affecting tracking.
- Experience using coding assistants and other AI tools.
- Bias toward shipping quickly and iterating.
Nice-to-haves
- SEO/AEO experience, including structured data.
- Internationalization and localization experience.
- Server-side conversion tracking, including CAPI or server-to-server tracking.
- Tailwind CSS and design-system component experience.
- Figma-to-code workflow experience.
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and media/asset pipelines.
- Experience with media-heavy sites and asset optimization.
