Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages, campaign pages, and partner/influencer pages using clean, responsive, accessible components.
• Design, build, launch, and analyze end-to-end A/B tests; instrument conversion funnels and share findings.
• Build scalable, templatized systems for efficient and consistent page launches.
• Maintain and extend analytics, tracking, and advertising integrations while keeping event data accurate and privacy-compliant.
• Optimize conversion across promotions, email capture, calls to action, messaging, and page performance.
• Own SEO and accessibility, including metadata, sitemaps, structured data, page speed, and accessible implementation.
• Create localized pages and experiments for supported regions and languages.
• QA work and iterate quickly in a config-driven development environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and the modern front-end stack.
• 5+ years of front-end web development experience, ideally in growth, marketing, or ecommerce.
• Ability to design experiments, formulate hypotheses, consider sample size and statistical significance, and interpret results.
• Experience with product analytics, including funnels, cohorts, and event tracking.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Knowledge of web performance, including Core Web Vitals, and accessibility.
• Awareness of data privacy and consent requirements affecting tracking.
• Experience using coding assistants and other AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias toward shipping and iteration.

Nice-to-haves

• SEO/AEO experience, including structured data.
• Internationalization and localization experience.
• Server-side conversion tracking, including CAPI or server-to-server integrations.
• Tailwind CSS and design-system component experience.
• Figma-to-code workflows.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and media/asset pipelines.
• Experience with media-heavy websites and asset optimization.
