Frontend Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Build campaign, landing, marketing, partner, and influencer pages from designs using clean, responsive, accessible components.
• Design, build, launch, instrument, and analyze A/B tests; develop test hypotheses and communicate results.
• Build scalable, templated systems for efficient and consistent page launches.
• Maintain and extend analytics, tracking, and advertising integrations while keeping event data accurate and privacy-compliant.
• Optimize conversion across promotions, email capture, calls to action, messaging, and page performance.
• Own SEO and accessibility, including metadata, sitemaps, structured data, page speed, and accessible implementation.
• Create localized pages and experiments for supported regions and languages.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and the modern frontend stack.
• 5+ years of frontend web development experience, ideally in growth, marketing, or ecommerce.
• Understanding of experiment design, hypotheses, sample size, statistical significance, and result interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics, including funnels, cohorts, and event tracking.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, web performance, accessibility, and data privacy or consent requirements.
• Ability to QA work independently and ship quickly through iterative development.
• Experience using coding assistants and other AI tools in development workflows.
